If he's not signing for PSG then why was he in Paris yesterday? Genuine question. Would LOVE him at City but surely there can only be one reason why he was there. Hope I'm wrong

Visa stuff. A lot of non European players work out their visas in Paris they have some agency that specalize in these visas.
 
Wenger will be laughing while rejecting that bid. Seems Wenger and the board don't have any problems with keeping Alexis, even if he doesn't renew. Our bid will have to be upwards of £100m for them to even consider it.

He doesnt have time to reject the bid, maybe why we have left it late, if its rejected and he puts in a transfer request, they have two weeks to either find a replacement or keep a player that has put in a request and lose £60 mill.
If we'd gone earlier it could have dragged on to squeeze more out of us.

I'd say he's pretty much on the money. Why accept? May as well let him leave on a free unless they get SERIOUS money that they can use for a replacement. £50m/£60m isn't gonna buy them shit this late in the window. They NEED to get back in the CL this season and their best chance is with Sanchez.
