Alexis Sanchez

No I actually watched City a lot as many of your games were televised. I didn't notice him at all, KDB was noticed a hell of a lot more and what a player btw. Silva played in 34 games last season and only managed 4 goals and 7 assists. For me, in your team, that is shocking for a so called world class attacker.

His role is the assister of the assist. Nobody compares.

If that were the case and Silva was THAT good last season, along with KDB being exceptional as well then I firmly believe you would have more than 78 points. As for Aguero you can see the guys dropped off, he got dropped for G jesus ffs.

Anyway, no need to derail this thread lads. Its the Alexis thread so lets get back to Alexis, cheers.

Agüero had his highest return ever last season. 33 goals, missed 12 games. THIRTY THREE GOALS! Dropped off my arse

I don't expect any less though knowing you're willing to pay anything for anyone

If that was the case we'd have sanchez by now. and walker and Mendy...

Anything for anyone is a condescending comment tbh...and totally untrue..

please name an 'anyone' player that weve bought for a huge fee.

I didn't even know that was a forum let alone post on there. I just use AFTV forum mainly for Arsenal news and chat.

To your comments on said players it's all irrelevant, you posting that was actually irrelevant as this is the Alexis Sanchez thread. Not the 'let's post Arsenal forum speak' thread?

Why not post something constructive about Alexis Sanchez?

Ok will do... Alexis Sanchez is a genuine World class player and one of the few in the premier league i think would be able to compete with the options we already have. Undoubtedly your Manager and fans would love to keep him, but are over a Barrel in terms of actually doing that as it is painfully obvious to all but the most hardcore gooners in denial that Alexis wants to leave. Combine that with the fact he is in the final year of his contract and your boards history in telling Wenger and the fans to get to feck when it comes down to holding onto players and losing out on a pay day, it all points to the reality being he will be sold this summer, and as it's no secret that Pep and City are his favoured destination, i don't think it's at all jumping to conclusion to say his likely destination is City...

But you see, the irony is, we don't even really need him. Our front line and creative department is the envy of the Premier League. It's the butthurt self entitled Arsenal fans you hear all over the place that's even keeping me interested in this transfer story to be honest. If we miss out on him, they'll be no real meltdown here. I'm way more gutted we lost out on Alves as it was as "done" as a deal could be and it's in an area we actually do need to strengthen. It will also strengthen Levy's hand in the Walker deal.

Walker, Mendy, Bartand and a new CB are all far more important transfers than Sanchez and i think most blues would agree with me. So to see the Arsenal fans complete denial combined with their pampered seance of arrogance and utter blind bias in favour of their relatively average squad is somewhat amusing, if not even slightly impressive.
