or just one works tooPutting two fingers up to them would be a clear sign imo
Silva is replacing Navas, Sanchez will hopefully replace Nolito.
I think Pep and the club are just going to go for it this summer and add as much quality as possible.
Dun think they would be willing to sit on the bench as much as navas and nolito did even taking into account the need for rotation. To be honest, I don't know how Sanchez, B silva, aguero, G Jesus, D silva, sane, sterling, kdb are going to fit in the limited positions available.
Completely agree, the apparent strength in depth we've got is the biggest myth going at the momentReal Madrid and Bayern Munich have players on their bench who would walk into most top sides in Europe.
This is the level required now. Those two sides have set a new benchmark in regards to squad building.
this....look at the quality subs teams like barca, real, and bayern can turn to...it is just part of the game now and the level this team should be atReal Madrid and Bayern Munich have players on their bench who would walk into most top sides in Europe.

We might as well pull our dicks out before kick off, getting ready for the power wanks that would ensue once the game started. Not allowing myself to get hyped for this but an attacking contingent of Sane, Aguero, Sanchez, Sterling and Gabriel Jesus would be unbelievable.

Not even Bayern have as strong attacking options on the bench as we'd have if we got Sanchez, and Real Madrid are struggling to keep their bench players happy even with much rotation and look certain to sell at least James and Morata.
Sorry but no chance. Real Madrid are the biggest club in the world and most players are simply happy to be there. I love City but we're no where near that level, to think we could accommodate Aguero, Jesus, Alexis, B. Silva, Sterling, David Silva, Sane and De Bruyne in one squad is insane.
Exactly that. You don't even try to keep them happy. You overstock quality players and every 2-3 years you know one or two who won't quite make it. You take a financial hit in selling them and bring in a couple more. Throw them in the tank with the rest of the sharks and see who's left...and repeat. They may be struggling to keep them happy but they are winning trophy after trophy, including Champions League's.
If a player gets unhappy then sell him and buy someone else, at the end of the day it's winning trophies that matters.

What's happening with this one?
