I can't be arsed to listen to this saga all summer, shit needs sorting out it's our fault in the first place for fucking letting contracts run down, spastic board. If sanchez is not going to sign just come out and tell us man jesus, so we can bring in new players before he fucks off. Nothing is ever smooth sailing being an arsenal fan.

We still have to go though the players returning to training. (Pictures of Sanchez smiling in training).
Wenger being asked about it and him saying his best players won’t leave. (Media then saying hes staying)
Sanchez then saying he does want to leave. (Media will now say hes now a money grabber and wants money to join City, no other reason)
A big back and forth between Sanchez and Arsenal for a month. (Boring)
He then finally signs for us late August and won’t then be settled and match fit till October at the earliest.

It’s an awful process and drags on for ages.....

What I'm thinking is..you are waiting to get Lacazette over the line..to soften the blow for the fans

So that would mean effectively two months at Arsenal before he can effectively become another teams player.

In you're personal opinion bud, do you think you'll get him in the end? I honestly have no idea where his head is at. If he stays fuck yes awesome, if he goes i fully understand why he's going. One of the best players i've seen in an arsenal shirt. I mean i really do hope he stays, but i just have no idea. I can see it lasting until late august / deadline day, which would royally piss me off.

Our board need to stop being spineless.

Normally, that would be spot on. However, Arsenal dragging out Sanchez and less impactful for us, Ozil will prohibit them from conducting any business to bring in new players. If they will relent in the end, a months long show for the fans won't go very far when they have no incoming transfers to show come August. They have to sort it out very soon.

My guess is as good as yours mate. I have no idea either. I suppose if I had to pick I would say It does look like he will join us in fairness. Too much noise about it.
Whatever happens though I think it will be decided late August.

50m+ - Pep - Champs League - Last year of contract - More likely to win league - Wages... lots of reasons for player and clubs I can see it happeneing.

I hope he signs but we shall see. Im sure Arsenal will finally sign a few to ease the pain for you boys.

I suppose a boost for your lads would be uli hoeness has come out and said it's not bayern's policy to spend big on "veteran" players, meaning he wants to target young players - (Tolisso / Gnabry / rudy). pretty much takes bayern out of the competition, still think it might end up being between you guys and PSG, psg need to make big signings as a statement, or they can kiss bye to veratti.

If he does leave you want to hope PSG do sign him, because if we do it does make your club look really weak.

The weak approach from Arsenal would be to cave in to fans pressure and keep him for an angst-ridden season after which a good number of Arsenal fans could end up hating him as they do Wenger. I can remember the arguments with fans at City when barton, Distin etc all played that game. Every time the player comes over to take a throw-in, corner etc "Sign your contract!"

5 minute video of them shitting all over Sanchez here in the states over allegations that he's terrible in the locker room and in training. If he signs for City then that confirms it's true according to Stevie Nichols....

Pathetic.

Well we all know how demanding Pep is in training, and we all know that he's managed Sanchez before... 2 and 2 not really adding up here, is it? The desperate wankers!

This is a great point and it amazes me how Arsenal keep letting it happen with their best players. It must be incredibly frustrating as an Arsenal fan seeing this happen time and time again. Without trying to big Spurs up, they do seem a lot more adept at signing up their best players to long-term contracts, meaning it will be more difficult and more expensive to prise them away. I thought Arsenal would've learned something after van Persie went to United and it actually isn't that difficult a thing to implement. With regards to Sanchez, Arsenal should've been offering him an improved contract towards the end of his first season with you - he'd had a great season and it was obvious to everyone that he was an established quality player.

I will add that Arsenal did a great job in securing Sanchez (and also Ozil) in the first place which shows that there is some ambition there and the fee you paid was a steal, but they've undone the good work by allowing this situation to develop in what is an all too familiar scenario for Arsenal fans. The signings of Ozil and Sanchez should have been a forerunner for other marquee signings to follow suit but instead of building on it, the board (and/or Wenger) failed to capitalise in subsequent transfer windows. However, it does look like they've woken up belatedly to this issue going off some of your rumoured targets this summer. That may well be too late to hang on to Sanchez if he's already agreed to join another club, but weirdly even if he goes you could still end up having your best transfer window in years.

Not sure - Shearer, Mills and P.Nev push them 3 close on MOTD

There is a lot of competition I grant you, it seems word has gone from the Arse to shit on Sanchez at every turn, they are now in defcon 3 where ex players rubbish the lad, next will be hes only after the money then Defcon 1 where the whole gooners world is blown apart.

Champion has always been an opinionated c*** of a commentator. As for Nichol, well the guy Is obviously clueless as regards to this possible! transfere, hence his usual ex dipper bile.
