That is the narrative on this transfer,ITV pundits and commentary said the same thing last week, they hate the fact we may be getting him, every big transfer is the same, looks like it's on so they bad mouth them, really predictable

it cant be because arsenal have no chance of winning the league in the near future or sniffing champions league glory....just report the truth not some made up bull crap

And to think of how little fuss our media made over bignose's signing fee, massive wage and bonus clauses... they pretty much tried as hard as they could not to talk about it. Along with Pogba's fee and disappointing first season, that France friendly where he was half decent was used to say "they'll win the league if he can perform like that at Utd with any consistency".

I know some here must work in the media because they are always jumping to it's defence telling us we're just paranoid but I'm not having that we live in a world where the media tries to spin the truth rather than report it as is(which is what they desperately want us to believe) because of hidden agendas(pro rag/pro dipper) their trick is to always maintain some deniability.
After we win a few PL/CL trophies with Pep, playing beautiful football, the narrative will change almost overnight.

What happens if he lines up next season and scores against City. You are all assuming too much. It does look like he's coming to City, but I wouldn't put it at more than 60-40.

Nah, 80-20 in our favor. Maybe higher.

Clear run at him and he holds the cards, wants to come and in final year of contact. I would be shocked if it doesn't happen.

Wenger though. He is Mr Awkward.

He says the dame every pissing time. Nasri, Adebayor, Van Persie.. look how they all ended up.

Take what he says with a pinch. Says what he needs to but at the end of the days its not his decision.

The board will take the decision out of his hands. Cant afford to sniff at 50mil with no CL income. They have dragged it out and will continue to do so to save face.

Maybe it's happened before in the past, but I don't recall any of this particularly being a so called problem with Sanchez, until it became clear we were close to signing him.

For sure, if he was this character, Pep Guardiola wouldn't be signing him twice.

Think it goes back to when they played Bournemouth and his teamates celebrated an equaliser instead of getting the ball back for the restart. Since then he seems to lose it whenever the team show a lack of drive and ambition to match his own.

But that's exactly what why we need him. Whilst Giroud was off celebrating a goal he scored a week before, Sanchez wanted to win th game.

Exactly, they never said it about him before,i don't know if it's fear or jealousy that their clubs aren't getting him

Winning mentality.

That's how trophies are won.

And that is why he wants to leave, because not enough of his Arsenal team mates have the same desire and winning mentality

I think we have been missing it for a bit now.

I think if we sign Sanchez then we win the league.

It's as black and white as that for me.

Just been chatting to some friends of mine e that are arsenal fans. Theyre so bloody deluded. They say he'd never leave especially for man city and that arsenal are a huge club that will mount a title challenge. The jealousy is running deep
