Sanchez is 28 and Sterling is 22. Both rack up approx same number of assists. Sanchez has had only one season where he has scored 20+ goals, so basically an anomaly rather than the standard. His goal tally over past seasons is 24, 13, 16, 19, 8, 12, 12, 5, 3, 2, 2, an average of 11 goals all the while playing ~30 matches every season. Sterling is 6-7 goals away from being what Sanchez is right now and he is still 22. This is the most ass backwards deal of the century and I refuse to believe Pep is actually this braindead.

Nothing pep does surprises me.

Whilst I think it is bullshit, we wouldn't be giving him away for nothing. If we have sterling and 10m then we would be getting our money back on him (which would still be bad business considering how the market has changed)

Robson has "heard whispers" allegedly, but his whispers about City, and indeed the rags, have been so wrong this transfer window that they are probably Chinese.
