Also Bernardo and KDB play different position as well. We have 4 forwards currently, 1 needed more for proper rotation.

It is all about here and now though. Sanchez will be better in the next three years than Sterling will be. If we had financial difficulties it would be a bad decision but money isn't an issue for us at the moment. Maybe a year long loan will be a good compromise but if we do get Sanchez I think we have too many players in the same position.
 
Crazy if we allow Sterling to leave. Why on earth do we want to lose a homegrown player who at the moment could be argued our best player. If we let him go we deserve all we get and that wont be a lot.

he is doing great at manchester city and the credit does not come from the media scores goals for a winger and if he was at the scum over the road or still at the red dippers would be rated a world class player good enough for the likes of barca and madrid

if were being picky, he was yellow carded for the celebration offence, having already been booked that why he was sent off.

If he hadn't kicked out at Arta a few minuets before he wouldn't of seen the red card!

Cant have that though if the club wants to challange for the champions league which is why i wouldnt be surprised if sterling was to go. He really needs to find some consistancy or else i cant see him staying here in the long term under pep same with sane.

Would rather we just paid up without the need for him leaving though

How would they inform Sterling - probably a few words direct from the club to say ignore all this bollocks

I guess what you are really suggesting is that the club need to make a public statement to calm all the mard arses that we seem to have in the supporter base nowadays

its not though is it. most of the players we are buying are for the future ( next 5 years ). sterling is the future. sanchez we could get on a free next season. deal makes no sense.
