For all the flappers; do you think Sanchez would sign for a team which would probably play him at right back?
Would Wenger sell to Jose?

He’s just trying to cover himself.

Had a long, heated debate with him in the summer where I made the point that Arsenal keeping Sanchez would prove to be an awful decision (losing the larger transfer fee, causing discontent amongst the players, no guarantee they would have better performances for keeping him given their difficulties the previous season with him, etc) and he adamantly told me, via very suspect rationale, that I was wrong.

Many others argued the same with him later, as well.

Fast forward to this transfer window and he somehow still thinks he was right, despite Arsenal now losing millions of dollars, having an unsettled dressing room, being 6th in the league, and struggling to recruit any decent players due to their waning reputation.

But he has a feeling something isn’t right, so all is well with his predictive analysis.
 
So we've had reports we're preparing a bid.

Which progressed and materialised to reports of a £20m offer and talks being held between the clubs.

Which then went to United apparently offering more and hijacking the deal.

Which has now progressed to the fact United have made no bid and Arsenal and ourselves are actually expected to reach a compromise on a fee.

All within this same week I believe? So hopefully the Holy Grail of an accepted bid comes tomorrow, medical on Saturday and watching us trounce Liverpool on Sunday.

Yes, just to spite us I think that horrible odious cnut, Wenger, would even cut his own c*ck off.

The two boards are as thick as theives too.... just think back to how closely, & quickly, the two clubs colluded, to bring about ffp, as soon as they saw we were gonna be a big threat to their cosy “elite” cartel


That said, I’m not saying Sanchez will end up at the rags, ‘cos I think has his heart set on City, and will eventually join us, be it now or in July

City have a "big" a game (old sky4 team) this weekend, and there's shit in the media supporting other clubs on our main January transfer target, who would have thought it ?

It’s pathetic isn’t it? It’s to the point now that we just laugh and enjoy it because it doesn’t phase us in the slightest. What a time to be a blue.
 
I’ll be honest im not sure the scum have made a bid? are they really that stupid & Naive that they seem a better prospect than us to sanchez? pmsl if they have & think they are!!! sky sports utd bigging them up “snatching sanchez from city”
 
Shd Weneger sold Alex to us over the last few days, wouldn't this may have helped in his fight for the top 4 by us supposedly having higher chance beating LPFC with Alex at our end?!!
 
By previous statements of Pep on the ideal position for Sanchez, in the center controlling transitions,
could sanchez play as a second striker ? e.g

Imagine being Sanchez and thinking about the prospect of playing for us with free flowing football and potentially unlimited goals. And then someone tells you you might have to play for the rags and have the ball hoofed up to you...
