As a sufferer of ingrown facial hairs, exfoliating is brilliant but you do have to moisturise afterwards or you get dry skin. Its not unmanly I just dont want grotesque facial scars

Cleanse and moisturise. Nothing wrong with that. It's why I have the face of a 25 year old.
