why is the dead monkey called kinky phil? - and did you swap it for your shoes?

Too much beer and one hot steamy night caused alot of trouble. He was originally named Steve but Kinky Phil was better suited.

I actually sold my shoes. I wanted to try and go for the sock and sandal image, sadly, i didn't find any sandals.
