chose your pic from your computer or phone etc, change size to 800x600, click upload. Then copy the text that appears in the "for forums" line and paste it here.

Hope thats right :)

Depends if you're JLo or not.

If so, you can just PM them to me.

Upload on photobucket (or any other external upload site), grab the link to the photo and post it like you would a message. Highlight it, and press the 'Img' button and you're set.
