Spurs losing is terrible news. Wanted them to get out of group stages so they have more to think about and a build up of games.

Can't be good for confidence though, not being able to break down a 10-man POAK for over half the game is also a blow. Just like going out of the CL has benefits for our schedule (EL won't be as demanding) you can bet it would give everyone an even bigger confidence lift than we already have if we went through.

To say the EL isn't as demanding is a myth. You still have to give it a 100% and only having a few days to recover means it is MORE demanding than CL.
