Nope. I'd be concerned if we did bring him back into the fold. The board made the decision to loan him out, they remain our board and will look to sell him as per his current agreement.

Absolutely not. Unless maresca wants his own city bomb squad. If he was an Everton player with his contract up this summer, would you take him on a free? That should answer any question as to whether he could return. Nowhere near good enough, he'd be here if he was. Write off the last £20m and get rid.
