Alternative Premier League Table

My worry is we have some very tough games in the remaining 15 fixtures.

Rags, chelsea, liverpool, ever ton away spurs at home to say a few. For me looking at the wolves performance we won't win the league and with Chelsea and spurs 4 th is not a forgone conclusion at all. We have to get the defence sorted again. Get zabs back at left back.

I could be wrong and as stated in the post its about opinions but I think there may be a history in recent times of the Rags and Arse struggling in those fixtures. Im biased enough to expect us to beat both of them, and in case you wonder why I picked out the home tie against Wet spam on the weekend of the 30th its purely because of the importance of taking maximum points that weekend due to the other fixtures. I do of course expect us to do just that.

Our defence was uncharacteristically error prone this week. Toure stuffed up a clearance which led to the first Wolves goal and Lescott should be shot for his ham-fisted approach to marshalling the box and giving away a needless penalty when we were comfortable. I don't think that will happen often, but I do think we will get better and better in attack as the season moves on. Whatever happens it's going to be exciting. ;)

Given that the other teams have 16 or 17 games remaining, they too have to play everyone.

United have Chelsea home and away, Arsenal away, Liverpool away, us at home for instance.

Spurs have us away, Chelsea away, Liverpool away, Arsenal away
