I think only applies between Premier League clubs.If clubs contact a player without the clubs consent isn't that against the rules? Are there and rules any more?
Foreign clubs can and will do it.

Vitinha is very reminiscent of a young Luka Modric. I'd take him in a heartbeat...vitinha kinda reminds me of bern, especially physically, don't think he would fit for PL. doku is clearly ahead of barcola

He got loads of minutes last season.. a lot more than you’d expect when in direct competition against the best striker on the planet
I think he’s a bit out of order kicking up a fuss (if he’s not been misquoted) .. and I suspect pep thinks the same
I don’t want him to leave as I think there’s loads of room for improvement, but if all is as being reported it might be best to let him go if we get the money we want

And the Dippers… Klopp was caught red handed tapping up Van Hype in Blackpool (I think). As you’d expect the FA and PL did nothing. Klopp and Liverpool agreed to end all interest in the player and then signed him a few months later. YCMIU.

As a few on here have said… Pep worked hard to accommodate Alvarez last season - sometimes to the detriment of the team. Those comments if true - were out of order.

Agreed. I hope he enjoys his top of the table clashes with Angers and Le Havre. He’s clearly being advised to move on and that’s his choice but he can do better than PSG but for City PSG are a good option - as you say they will pay up. FFP doesn’t seem an issue for them even without a TV deal.
