You knew full well that you couldn't go to the final so why did you buy tickets in the first place if it wasn't with the express intention of touting them on for a snidey profit. Why not just leave them in the pot for the next rightful Hammer in the queue to purchase them? That would have been the 'fairest way'.

If your mates have got pals who need tickets, then tell them to pass the tickets onto them for face value. I'm sure you can then find someone else deserving enough to have yours at face value (or falling that, those two lads will know someone who wants to go with them). That would be the next 'fairest way'.

Its a stag doo, the bloke i have a season ticket with is getting married and 18 of us are booked - most are west ham , Gutted we did not go up automatically as now cant go to Wembley but as im with my fellow West Ham mates and family - im still looking forward to watching it with them

I thought you paid £42.25 for each ticket (the receipt you posted before quotes a total of £126.75). How have you only made £60 profit if you sold your ticket for £200?

Ive sold the 3 tickets for £400

Ive given £100 to one of my season ticket mates

and £100 to my other season ticket mate

that leaves me with £200 - £126.75 = £73.25
