yeah let's go for some top notch entertainment, professional comperes, top notch bands and entertainment

let's spend more and more money on the pre-match entertainment so its the best in the world and then get thrown out of europe!

ffs what do you want for your £450 a year
personally i'm happy with aguero, silva, yaya, edin and not arsed who does the entertainment at half time as they provide plenty for the ninety minutes i do care about
Again, I'll say; There's everything I need to know about it all. Why bother with any of it?! I went as a kid in the 80's for the first time and if someone like Hugh Ferris was on the mic he'd be mobbed off by boo's and things thrown at him. Basically we don't need any of this shit. But if they insist in putting it on wouldn't you think it'd be a bit more professional?

Shut up fucking moaning.
No!

If you're going to bring nothing to the topic don't fucking bother posting! Posts like yours are worse than any fucking moaning!

What I brought to the thread was my request for you to stop fucking moaning. Obviously you aren't going to like posts which do not conform with your way of thinking, but unfortunately when we are on a winning streak and someone starts bitching about whatever it is you are bitching about they are going to get asked to shut the fuck up. Get used to it because it's becoming a noticeable habit.
Why would everyone conform to one way of thinking? That would be stupid and I wouldn't expect it. Complete lack of substance and almost respect tells me a lot about you.

Re: Amateurish City

1/ The pre-match entertainment at City far outstrips any other club in the country.FACT. Where else do you have a City Square, where else do you have live bands on a sound stage, where else do you have kids activities like penalty shoot-outs, where else do you have face painting for kids in the family stand? No-where...ffs be thankful we don't have cheerleaders on the pitch like other teams.

2/ Yes there were sound problems, you couldn't hear the teams being read out in the tunnel and you couldn't hear the interviews and there was problems when Busker1 were singing. Now this was the first time since CitySquare came into being that I can remember problems so big deal, we had an off day... It will be resolved.

3/ Maybe there were big queues at the ticket office and delays on the phone because thousands of people are trying to get tickets and it's slow progress when there's what 50 people dealing with them as quickly as possible... Show some patience ffs.

4/ Not got a problem with the points criteria myself... First time in Champs League... It's a big learning curve.

5/ We won on the back of playing fantastic football... Stop moaning about trivial things!

Forgive me Your Royal Highness. I know you can't see me, but believe me this is not the face of someone who gives a fuck what you think about him. Moaning ****.

Re: Amateurish City

I don't get why that guy at half time from MoTD tells you what you have just seen, that is just pointless.

Ferris on about Lescott defending for both sides was cringe worthy too.

Agree with 1, 2 and 4 so long as 4 is not a mistake repeated in the future.
3 sort of links in with 4 as their both ticketing issues but to having waiting times varying between 15mins to an hour is not good and if the point is raised at the next points of blue meeting then i'm sure the club won't be okay with the situation and will try to do something about it.

As for the OP, i don't understand why you felt the need to label the whole club 'amateurish' over a few little mistakes that are obviously going to happen with the club having to implement things that are new to the club and some stuff that is not being offered to the fans at any other club. Some people will never be happy i suppose.

Re: Amateurish City

for me its a few scoops before the game, take my seat bang on kick off time, more scoops at ht take my seat bang on kick off again and in between 90min of top class football, job done, couldnt give a fuck about pre match or ht entertainment i go just for the football.

Re: Amateurish City

danburge82 is spot on, i'm sick of reading the replies "we won, stop moaning, what more do you want". That doesn't mean we have to put up with stuff that can be better.

I don't need any of the shit they do on matchday, i'm a simple man and just want affordable tickets, affordable refreshments and get them in a reasonable time, the teams read out and clean toilets, but if they are going to do all this fancy shit then at least get it spot on.

Get there 10 minutes before kick off then and you won't have anything to moan about!
