Amazon vans

Paris is worse. I once sat at a cafe on a corner and over 30 cars on the trot were mangled. I had nothing better to do.
Remember being in Paris many years ago.
Was at a bus stop at 6 in the morning.

Literally I only saw 2 cars on the road whilst waiting and they bumped into each other and had a bout of road rage fighting each other..

Free for all in Paris.

There’s one that’s always on the industrial estate in Hyde where we have our factory , he’s not Amazon but DPD which are just as bad . We drive articulated trucks and my mate was reversing one when he literally sped by him nearly causing an accident. He dropped his parcel only to find he was now trapped in by an attic truck. He said to my mate can you move I’m in a rush , he replied not any more you’re not .

You may notice the blue line around the Arc, no insurance company in the world will settle a claim once you cross it.

I drove for amazon for a few years good money but truly awful to work for as a subcontractor. The routes are stacked doing city centre you would have one drop 6 parcels 5 minutes to get there from your last drop .When you arrived 2 blocks of flats 6 different addresses it could take you 5 minutes to get in the first block randomly pressing flat numbers to see if anybody would let you in.In that time I've see one bloke burst in to tears when he was given a City centre route. Security beat up a foreign driver because he kicked off about the amount of parcels on his route .Drug tests ? I was tested twice in 4 years some of the drivers would get the nod if they where going to be tested and not turn up or just go home but there would be plenty who's breakfast was a redbull and a wrap of whizz

When I first went to France there was almost all cars bashed one way or another. And before charging and parking became the nightmare it is I've seen more than one car in Paris attempt to bulldoze their way into a space that allowed for a four inch gap either end when said car 'n driver were safely parked up.
