He could bring about world peace, solve the energy crisis and give away all his money and he'd still be hated by lots on here. Must be because he's from Bolton eh?
I hate him because he's a complete **** he's the Wayne Rooney of boxing thinks he's the best when he is clearly not. "I can take on Mayweather and win" No you fucking can't u just want loads of money. Overhyped ain't the word for this guy he is classless he got floored of Michael Gomez who was washed up he got battered in 60 seconds off Bredis Prescott never fought him again did he? (although he would probably beat him now) He's fast he's good but he aint what the British press make him out to be and that's a top £ 4 £ fighter. Ricky Hatton would ov shit all over Kahn because he had the heart to go with his cockiness Kahn just had fast punches and attitude. I hope Kahn gets his dream fight with Mayweather (don't think he will) because Mayweather will destroy him So would Pacman,Ortiz even Sugar Shane. Anyway as u can guess I don't like Kahn and I'm going to bed :)
You must have missed all the interviews where he says he's not ready for Mayweather yet but he would like the chance to fight him further down the line. In any case, you won't meet a world level fighter who doesn't think he can beat the best. Without that belief and confidence, they would never be a champion.
He never fought Prescott again because Prescott went on a losing run against average fighters. And Khan moved up to 140 as he struggled with the weight at 135. Prescott stayed at 135, and has only recently moved up to 140. Khan's has always maintained that he'd fight him again. You can hardly say he's not got the bottle for it since he made a voluntary defence against Marcos Maidana who is a massive puncher at 140.
As for Hatton steamrollering him...
Hatton was a good fighter, but there was a reason he was kept away from fighters who had fast hands, and threw punches in combinations.
As soon as he left Warren and fought Luis Collazo, it became obvious why Warren had been so selective about his choice of opposition. Good fighter, but to say he 'would ov shit all over Khan' is frankly insane.
Mayweather and Pacquiao would obviously beat him. Ortiz is 50-50, although Khan floored him 3 times in the amatuers in a first round stoppage win, so i wouldn't hold up huge hope for Ortiz going full circle and battering Khan. The only reason i'd give Ortiz a chance is because he can dig a bit. Problem is, he quit against Maidana because he was being hit too much, so unless he got Khan out of there early, his heart would be tested big time. In any case it would be exciting. Mosley can't pull the trigger anymore so he won't be beating any top level fighter.
