People having a problem over the new presenters skin colour, heritage?

Not yet but I'm sure someone will be along with the 'box ticking' line soon enough. Any high profile media gig that doesn't go to a white bloke gets the same response. 'It's not based on merit just filling quotas'.

The problem with superficial arguments like that is that it obscures any debate over his 'merit' beyond his skin colour.
