Am looking to go out for a couple of nights witha mate Friday March13th but at the moment cheapest flights I can find are around 130 quid each.

Anybody know of any other cheap airlines that fly there or other cheap ways of getting there?

Cheers

Try going mid week, early Tuesday flight and back thursday, friday works bet. The flights are cheaper as are the hotels

Enjoy

check the ferries out from either hull or newcastle.won't be much cheaper but its an experience

You can sail from Hull mini cruise £69 buy one get one free in Winter (can be cheaper) P & O web site is your friend

The ferries are very nice you get an en suite cabin, the food is good as well if not a little expensive, they also have a few bars on board with a bit of entertainment, again not that cheap we did it last year really enjoyed it, a few friends of ours have done it as well and they enjoyed it

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.poferries.com/tourist/content/pages/template/minicruise_minicruises_from_Hull_minicruises_from_Hull.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.poferries.com/tourist/conten ... m_Hull.htm</a>

last time we went hull to rotterdam we met a womens rugby team from doncaster going on tour on board the ferry.what a fucking laugh we all had.its a great way to get to holland.give it a try

do you have to go friday?
i always find sunday-wednesday better, most of the weekend knobs have gone home, its still busy enough for a good laugh and mondays alot of bars have live jazz(not my usual form of music but with a smoke sounds awesome).
flights will be cheaper so win win all the way.

It's true and Hull is dead easy to get to, like I said I have never met anyone who has not enjoyed it, I think it sails at 7.30 pm and arrives in Rotterdam at 7.30 am (Dutch time) and then a coach to Amsterdam, you can also book a decent Hotel in Amsterdam and stay an extra night (I sound like a P & O salesman LOL)
