As someone that has had a child try to take their life this video (along with the Norwich one) is very touching.
Also as a Gen X person I'm so glad we're at a stage now where people especially men are at a point where they are happy to discuss their mental health.
For years "my generation" has been brought up with the "pull yourself together/man up" scenario. I'm so happy that people can discuss their problems instead of bottling it up.
