The majority of this board has been flapping about him and insisting Benatia was our No.1 priority, despite me posting otherwise.

And even to the point I posted a major breakthrough on our bid to sign a central defender, 24 hours prior to Mangala arriving for his medical.

How about me sharing Milner updates, or telling you Micah Fucking Richards is not going to fucking Liverpool?

How about me telling you Yaya had met with City officials and he was staying, just minutes before his live interview with Sky, funny that?

How about Napoli enquiring about Garcia, City's attempts to covet Barkley this summer?

Maybe even the situation on Rodwell, Dzeko to sign a new contract?

Madrid's attempts to broker a loan somewhere for Isco, and out situation?

Even now, when despite some chancers stating our business is done, I have suggested that might not be the case.

Tolmie is hugely entertaining and those who expect anyone to get everything spot on all of the time does not understand how complex transfers are. I would imagine that if you were to examine the paperwork prepared at any top club for potential deals, you would be surprised at how many, despite clubs thinking a player was arriving fail to happen. Some posters will be party to these whispers and maybe actually have sight of some of the documents concerned - but for every deal that happens I would guess that there are dozens that fall at the final hurdle. Tolmie and others keep posting info, I for one will enjoy reading them, and take some with a pinch of salt. but then again I do have a proclivity for getting excited over potential signings at our most wonderful City..

I AM a KFA. But then again, I don't go posting video's on here and claiming that I'm 'plugged in', like.

Still, as I say, harmless fun. If Tolmie doesn't like it he shouldn't post stuff which leaves him open to criticism (example, no-one takes any of the Daily Star's sports stories seriously as - as bright and sensationalist as they are - they are extremely seldom correct. Tolmie is the Transfer Forum's equivalent of the Dail Star).
