I assume this is the last week of the school holidays and the tickets are cheap so there really ought to be a good turnout. Won't have been helped by playing Liverpool just a few days ago but even so, it's a European game. The thing we dreamed of having for years and years.

Those who can't be arsed going to the earlier cup games against the lesser known teams should not be allowed to go to the latter stages. Say we get to the the Semis and we play Juventus at Eastlands. Tough shit for all the ones who make the club look silly by making sure the early games have thousands of empty seats dotted around.
We're Man City for fuck sake. Don't we boast about how we had 30,000 plus in the 2nd division?
Yet people can't be arsed to watch arguably the most talented team we have ever had play in Europe AT HOME because it's a bit of a late kick off and they've got work in the morning. It's fucking pathetic. They've even had to close the 3rd tier again coz they know how shite our fans can be. If it was the Rags or Barca youd all be there in a flash.
