I've seen better teams on Hollyhedge Park.

And when do these pre-qualifying games get played baring in mind the already chaotic scheduling? If England didn't have to play the likes of Andorra they'd just be an even more pointless friendly in its place. There's no benefit to forcing the smaller nations into proving they have the right to attempt to qualify. So come the World Cup I expect that all 230 odd nations of the world will be there because they’re all registered with FIFA? Or is some level of prequalifying sensible and necessary to maintain the standard of competition? Have Andorra ever finished above any half decent team in a qualifying group?
I’ve seen plenty of crap England teams. Occasionally they weren’t good enough to play in the World Cup or Euros, so they weren’t allowed to. Likewise, this Andorra team, regardless of their proud history as a sovereign nation, or their UEFA registration, are not good enough to play in this qualifying league. Put them in a prequalifying playoff round with the other crap teams. And if England finish bottom of a qualifying group that would include them too.
