Seems like a really genuinely nice fella, and it's apparent that the squad and all the staff really appreciate him. He really is a breath of fresh air from most other coaches in the woman's game.

What a great first season he's had, I hope the club sign him up for the long term.

100% correct - I was very impressed with his words after todays win - said it will be harder defending the titles but the players must work harder in every single training session to continue with a winning mentality.

When he was appointed I said in July that he looked a good fit because we needed a great communicator and boy has Andree exceeded all expectations. I hope that we can now have a period of joy and domination. Other teams are improving but with Therese and Charlotte planning things we have a chance to have a really great few years.

I was quite sceptical if I'm honest, but he's been brilliant.

I think the league will be much more difficult next season, as I think Brighton and London City will also challenge the other two teams.
