He's pro-underdog. There are threads on utd, liverpool etc sites all saying Tyler hates them.

He tends to raise his voice for the home side too.

He's much better on the foreign streams when he doesn't have neville sat beside him.

Imagine thinking Tyler was anti Utd. Jesus.

I think that's true. Like so many English pundits Hinchcliffe seems to see most things through a negative filter. It is almost like he is relishing the mistakes made. This is the way football is covered in this country. The whole point of sport is that it is brilliant and things don't always go to plan.
So many of these commentators operate from a prepared script with lots of meaningless stats. They don't seem capable of understanding tactical switches within the match. The coverage of City's draw with Newcastle did not in any way capture the sheer joy of watching two teams going at it toe to toe. I despise the negativity of the UK media which is not just confined to football coverage.

I worked in his house a few years ago! city had played the day before as soon as I mentioned the game he went in to pundit mode ! Had a good chat though about city but don’t remember him slagging us off ! Although I do think he is against us now. The only shirt he had in a frame that I remember was his Everton fa cup winning shirt. Although his sons had city pictures up on there bedroom walls! ( I was bleeding the radiators before you ask ) I still have his mobile in my contacts but better not put it on here ! The abuse would be endless lol
