Andy Hinchcliffe

Hinchcliffe………what is the point of a “pundit” like this??
PARTIAL, BIASED, BORING…….
OK he passes all of the tests.
Thank God for MUTE - my favourite pundit.

Fuck me every commentator hates city according to people on here, are they supposed to lick our arse everytime we play, he said what he thought about the game, I dont think it was a red, switch it round and it was a blue making that tackle , would we be shouting for a red?,

Why are you criticising people for wanting commentators to lick our arse when there isn't a single person on here that has suggested they want anything other than balance.

If you need to invent stories about people to prove your argument, it must be a pretty shit argument.

What story have I invented?

It might be better if folk ignored him and said nowt instead of spending this much emotional energy shouting abuse. Doubt he'd be bothered by it if he knew.

I have no idea how he got that job or keeps it. He comments on every miss or mistake by stating the bleeding obvious, "He should have done x,y or z." Now we all fucking know that but if everyone was perfect who would you blame? He is fucking shite and like the rest he hates us as well.

Moaning bastard.

He’s like that fan who sits near you at the game who you’re dying to tell to stfu.

Seems a more common trait with co-commentators these days. Most of them sound like they’re not enjoying their job and become hyper critical of everything going on.

I like Hinchy but I agree he’s way too critical. His unbelievably high standards amuse me - any slight mistake or less than perfect pass is met with withering criticism and this from a man who was no stranger to the agricultural hoof upfield.

I Don't like Hinchcliffe.
He is a red.
Simple.

In that list of great co-commentators these would be my top two
Ally McCoist
Denis Law (with the wonderful Bryon Butler and Peter Jones)

Andy Hinchcliffe is # 358,543,217

Used to buy his Johnny's off my Grandma, she worked in a chemist in wythenshawe... True story that no shit, she told us he was off to Everton.... Must've had better quality rubbers in Liverpool. Agreed though he is fuckin well against us recently when commentatin, although any game he Co comms on he's mr fuckin state the obvious int he.

I bet the johnny's were to keep his nose warm in the winter, the man is a bitter **** and terrible pundit, end of story.

The worst bit for me was when he thought the tackle Stones did near the end was a penalty, saying that his arms caught him, when the Newcastle player had backed into Stones and he just banged into him....it was a ridiculous take as a penalty has never been given for a tackle like that in the history of the Premier league

The problem is that the role of the in match pundit doesn't exist. Has any co-commentator ever said anything that has brought some insight to the game? No.
The broadcaster should give an option to mute the commentators but keep the crowd noise.
