Andy Welsh Sacked

This is one of the best moves of the summer the club could have made, a step forward for our developmental system and hopefully we can get the reserves back into shape now.

Has to be Vieira for me.

Long term successor to Mancini.

What a signing he has been for us. He really was instrumental in us winning the Fa Cup. Recall his cameo coming on for Silva or Tevez with seconds remaining and he makes the slightest of touches to deflect the ball from the last stoke man who would been clear to strike.

Hes got the Rep, passion, hunger and class to be a top manager one day.

Vieira has been training to get his UEFA 'B' licence coaching badge, do you need to have one to become a coach at reserve level?

Attilio Lombardo, done deal. End of nonsensical speculation surrounding other people.

reserves were shite last year. hardly surprising he was sacked

Didnt they win the league last season?

This job is the one of the biggest in the club right now because this is where the base of the dynasty is to be formed. Players from here must be transitioned to first team superstar players. The club needs to pick the model they want to follow Dutch, Spanish or French with a some new thinking, then get the best person to drive that forward.

He is probably thinking of the 18s who should have won the league but bottled it right at the end when it seemed harder to lose than win, but overall they had a good season.

United won the reserve league which we weren't even in.
