It’s is with great sadness that I have to inform people of the passing of Andyhinch. His sister Jo called me this morning to tell me. A great friend I will miss him immensely.

I’m sorry for your loss mate. He was a great poster and top guy.

Awful news. A great poster and can’t think of a single post of his that rubbed me up the wrong way. I only met him the once - at the BM meet-up in The Waldorf ahead of Kompany’s testimonial - and he was a top bloke.

Like others, I didn’t realise he was ill and for some reason the FOC thread passed me by.
