Angelino

He looked just as shaky as Mendy when he was given an opportunty. LB should be one of our higher priorities and its no point messing him about again and we should cash in (whether its at RB or anywhere else)

He wasn't given an opportunity. Being dropped into a makeshift back 4 for 1 game every 6 weeks is not an opportunity.

Pep doesn't highly rate him otherwise he would of been kept in the fold. Its pointless in messing him about

I have no problem in him coming back. If the team can get back to better pressing up top and less stupidity in central defence he could thrive (as could Mendy).

Not quite good enough regardless of well he had done. Mendy isn't great either but he is going to be the one harder to shift and get decent money.

If we're not gonna buy a new starting left back, bringing him back to compete with Mendy and selling Zinchenko feels like the move.

But again he is coming back from a spell where is playing regular football. Not much chance of that happening if he did return.

Pep rated him high enough to bring him back, and by all the sounds we heard in January, Angelino was the one who wanted a loan.

He went to Germany, a league pep speaks about as being unique in it's speed of transitions/counter attacks, and under one of the most promising coaches in the world and did really well.

Maybe he just needed a stepping stone between the dutch league and here, and he's improved the positional part of his game on loan.

But he did cut him loose in January. He is better suited at RB Leipzig/PSV than he is here (less pressure at those club, they tend to develop their players more and move them on for huge profit). He just wqanted more game time and no way he was getting it at City,
