Thanks again to anyone who has signed. It now stands at 33,700 approx and is slowly creeping up. Anne Williams knows of the support behind her and you can only hope it is bringing her comfort. I realise there may be those who think " scousers - self pity , candlelit vigils etc " but put yourself in her shoes if you lost a child in the same circumstances.
