Annoying pop up at the bottom of screen.

Does anybody know how to get rid of this annoying pop up at the bottom of the screen ? It is appearing every couple of minutes and can only get rid of it by clicking 'continue'. It has only just started to appear, and only seems to show up while on Bluemoon. I have clicked on the 'privacy policy' and apparently it is from Snack Media. I can stop this by disarming my VPN, but wondered if anybody knows any other way without disabling VPN?

Sounds like your vpn is set to California ? as it says "as a California resident"

Change vpn setting to New Zealand :)

I am not using VPN and getting the same pop up.
