It's like an AA meeting this.

I'm Regular Joe and this is my first post because my guest rights disappeared. I've been a s/t holder since 1983/4, except for two poverty seasons in the late 90s the years after my two kids were born.

Actually it isn't my first post at all because I've had to re-register from a different email address as I've no idea what my original user name was. The options are there for forgetting your password but it seems you can't forget your username. It was probably something like Danny Mills Is God anyway, so probably best to let it die.

Anyway, thanks for the imminent RAG welcome. I can't wait.

You sound pretty much the same as me when i joined , I got a midges dick more stick than you though when i joined lol , Sounds like i went though same era as you but i disagree with you on div 2 season, Thats when city fans showed what they really are about . We were down and out in 12th position and the rags on the way to the treble, Yet we still turned up, what fans of any other club would shout there team to where they are now on the verge of what please god, could be see the rags below us on a regular basis. Div 2 was bad but that was the year we fans proved we were the BEST supporters in all the land and all the world the world of city fan you can t beat it ! welcome blue

Add me to the list - no not THAT list... I've been an avid BLUEMOON reader for a while now. I don't feel the need to post because I have too many things against me, starting off with the fact that I am a Yank (although I hate that label as I hate the NY Yankees). I've only been to England once. While I was not able to make it to Manchester, I did catch a few matches at other venues. It is a dream of mine to visit Mary D's and buy as many of you a round before and after a game as I can possibly can. With my son entering college it will be a few years, but you can count on it.

I've been sky blue since the Keegan era, so I've not suffered nearly as much as many of you, but I am enjoying these heady days for sure. I remember the "old" happy times when we were able to acquire the signature of the Greek God Samras and Mpenza rescuing us from the drop. I don't get the stick that many of you get, but I have friends who are fans of the soon-not-to-be big 4 clubs, Tottenham and such, so I still get it.

All I will say is that MCFC was my first love when I started watching the beautiful game - something about lovable underdogs, I guess - and I will be CTID. If I can add anything to your forum I will do my best, otherwise I'll sit back and enjoy.

Oh, and my cousin's brother's wife's dog's uncle's cat's owner saw Kaka at the airport. When he walked by he just happened to say something like, "Gee, I can't wait to pull on that new sky blue Manchester City shirt." But you didn't hear that from me... Ok, add me to the list after all...
