Another blue gone

Wow, so humbling to read that..... used to go to the games in the 80's / early 90's with my uncle..... then for whatever reason he stopped going.... I always wanted to call him and ask him to come to Eastlands with me when we moved and never did..... he did very unexpectedly in October 2003 and he never did go to Eastlands.....

Take care and be certain that he is celebrating up there with Mick Doyle 40 years on...... :)

Just posting to say my Uncle Tom passed away last night aged 87. No bigger blue on God's earth, took me to my first games in the late fifties and made sure I appreciated that I was blessed to follow City and everything they stood for. He had moved to Leamington from Withington and I went to see him last Thursday, he had his treasured Kun Aguero shirt on for my visit. He hadn't been well for a while and before I left he told me how much he loved me and it was as though he knew it was our last meeting.
I'm sure he was standing behind Willy today and it was a fitting epitaph for a great blue to go out on.
Farewell Tom,I will never forget you,God bless, sleep well.
He will be up there tonight having a great time RIP Tom.

Thank you sincerely for all your good wishes fellow blues, myself and my family are very touched by your response and I know Tom would be moved by your response.
Thanks again.
