Look at the stats tonight: 9 shots on target, 5 off! We need to tighten that defence as a matter of urgency. To be fair tonight was Lescott's first game, but it's been very similar against Blackburn and Wolves. We can't be depending on Given every game.

It really is amazing that we haven't conceded yet, because we've certainly allowed plenty of chances over the last three matches.

But pleasing anyway.
