Another Guardiola Rumour - The Sun.

Wasnt my fault I got it wrong

Pep to Bayern then!!! Will be having a word with my man in Spain for sure - that's 100 % and when I say 100% I dont mean 99% i mean 100!!!!

From the prick's Twitter account
Maybe he uses the same "rock solid source" as the Mirror's Simon Mullock, who, by the way, is a 'massive blue'.

It would be a huge surprise if Mourinho was hired whilst Txiki and Soriento are in charge at City, they hate him and he hates them.
I dont know whether thats true or not, but Chelsea will be wanting a "pernament" manager and their fans sing Jose's name; together with the speculation Ferguson will retire at the end of the season.

Jose is now the best manager likely to be available in summer there's no gaurantee he would want to come even if we wanted him.

I would imagine Chelsea or the rags would be more attractive to him than us!

If we do get rid of Mancini we should look no further than Michael Laudrup. Easily the best of the recent Swansea managers. He also did very well managing smaller clubs in La Liga.

In fact it would not be a surprise if he replaced Mourinho at Madrid although Rafa is favourite for that job.

Laudrup hasn't done anything to justify an appointment here and he's been fired before. If the club decide to replace a top manager like Mancini then they won't look anywhere than at the proven very best.

Said yesterday that the major executive appointments may simply have been brought in for no reason other than a high level of competency. Speculation of course will continue on other fronts but this is a good sign that the Mancini speculation is nothing more than that. As long as he wins something I can't see him leaving (other than if he wanted a new challenge) and don't want him to.

It really does fuck me off how unaccountable these fuckers are.

If he'd got it right we'd never have heard the last of it, but if they get it wrong it's conveniently forgotten.

If I spent all day making stuff up, by the law of averages I'd get stuff right occasionally and be able to nod knowingly about my 'cast iron' contacts and how much my finger was on the fucking pulse.

Wankers.

They can easily spin it as Pep rejecting City at the last minute to go with Bayern probably with some bollocks about uncertainty over the ownership model with FFP or whatever. Certainly Bayern will give it the big one as to how they fought off the Sheikh's and the Russian oligarch's to land Pep and how this is a triumph for their way of doing business etc etc.

Pep to Bayern had been gathering momentum for the past 3 days although the English media seem somewhat surprised if Twitter is anything to go by which makes you wonder if they do their job in a fucking vacuum.

No doubt we will have the 'Jose to City Part XXI' in the media (and on here) until he turns up at PSG but for the love of god can we at least bear in mind that the board gave Mancini a 5 year contract in the summer and they are not the sort of people to be handing these things out lightly despite what some people may think or hope. So barring a 10 game losing streak or half the players quitting in open revolt Mancini will be the manager for next season (and the foreseeable future) irrespective of whether we win something or not this season.

In short the whole Mancini/Mourinho/Pep/whoever debate has become a huge fucking bore. I get that some don't like or rate Mancini. Fine. Have a moan every now and then by all means but not every fucking day with the same fucking tiresome bollocks.

If he wins nowt hes gone imo especially if Jose is available. Plus if you don't want to read peoples opinions on Mancini/Pep/Mourinho why go on this thread?

Oh I don't know. Some perverse fascination on my part or perhaps to see if anyone has got anything fresh or new or enlightening to say on Mancini/Mourinho/Pep or whoever...

...and guess what. In 3 fucking years the argument has moved not an inch. The only change is the introduction of a new name like Pep or going forward someone like Klopp - although why we want a character from 'Allo, 'Allo is beyond me - but the argument itself hasn't changed even if the parameters have i.e. 'we will never win a big game with Mancini' to 'we will never win a trophy with Mancini' followed by 'we will never win the league with Mancini' and finally the last roll of the dice 'we will never win the CL with Mancini'...

And then we have my personal faves who after a conversation with Wimbly the fucking cat or whatever his fucking name is, pronounce with absolute certainty that we will see a new man in the summer. Nailed on. Mancini is toast. Deep pussy has given me the nod so pass the fucking bunting and get the punch bowl out...I mean okay law of fucking averages says that they are going to be right one day but so far the fucking Mayans have got more right then the Mancini out crowd.

So forgive me if I am a teensy bit bored with endless threads on Mancini's future every time we draw a game and endless debate on the merits or otherwise of Mourinho over Mancini where to be honest I have seen more cogent arguments on a Blur/Oasis thread on a teen girl forum..oh and FYI my user name is Jasmine so come and say hi sweet cheeks...

Did pretty well at Getafe. But while researching that came across this

In 2004 Michael Laudrup was one of the founder of CEPOS, a Danish classical liberal/free-market conservative think-tank.

I suddenly agree with you Vinjay, Laudrup is not good enough for us.

-- Wed Jan 16, 2013 8:00 pm --

Oh so true. It is the tiresomeness of it that gets me pissed off not the opinion per se.

And that has to do with his ability to manage a football club, what exactly? Not saying us, by the way. I was on about any football club.

That did make me chuckle.

It doesn't. Just don't particularly want a Thatcher/Reagan type managing my club.

I have never been his number one fan but every time I start to doubt Mancini again he comes back and delivers.

5th, 3rd plus FA cup, 1st, 1st or 2nd this season with FA cup still to play for.

It's not really the end of the world where we are is it!

Europe disappointing but I think another go for Mancini next season and judge then.
