The 3 month old was NOT shot thankfully. The parents merely took the child to the hospital to make sure he/she was ok.

They were mainly worried about the exposure to the gas that was released.

Heard from my missus who is a nurse at a Denver hospital. When the news came she was immediately transferred to one of other hospitals who needed her services. She went into work last night at 7pm, she will likely be working until at least 12 or 1...if not later.

Guns don't kill people. People do. As someone mentioned Canada has similar laws and I wish we did too, I'd certainly feel safer if I had one.

and shot me. People are very emotional creatures and you don't want to give them easy access to something that can kill you in a second.

I don't have family like that. If someones in my house uninvited in the dead of the night Im blowing their head off, no questions asked, in the USA I'd be a hero, here I'd be a criminal.
