So his stalking and snide comments continue and I go a period without responding
When they get too much - like shamefully suggesting that I and others hold the view:

Simply continuing to ignore is insufficient and a response is needed. I then recede back to treating the posts with contempt for a while - hoping that the nonsense stops, but it seems that his craving for my attention is an addiction.
I can promise you and the other posters that if he does not respond to me either directly or indirectly - I certainly will have not need to reply to him.
Now - just wait to see how long he can hold out........
