That will be civil servants again is my best guess.

His plan or lack of is immaterial imo as we are never going to be allowed to leave with this parliament.

Roll on the GE where the electorate can finally ram home the message that they are not all remainers and that those claiming we are dont speak for us.

Then and only then can brexit finally get done.

General election mps even blocked that , just say no to everything

Boris should drop the prorogue tonight and have them all back in parliament tomorrow . The lot of them. I am sure they would love to miss their annual piss up conference season !

So - they are going to take it down to the wire - release the wording with a big "Ta-Daaaa !!" - what happens when, instead of having to scuttle out of the back door, they are just laughed out of the front one?

Can you imagine how this is going to play in any future trade negs? It will be like Fred Carno's Circus coming to town - I cannot imagine anyone entering into serious talks with us but they will gladly entertain us just for the shits and giggles.

None of which will be implemented

If they fought as hard to introduce manifesto pledges as they have to disrupt a democratically voted referendum promise we’d all be better off
 
To be fair to boris he has to leave it till last minute as the EU policy is to leak every proposal so our own mps can fuck it up

But as has been pointed out on here many times when it suits people a manifesto is aspirational not a set of promises

Then there would have been no coalition for example. If its legally binding then the Lib Dems promising no Uni Fee increase was the opposite of the Tory promise of doubling so they would be legally prevented from forming a govt ..................its not as easy as it looks is it chap?

The lot of them
They are career politicians who went to same schools but wear different coloured ties
They are a club where they think they know best and milk us (expenses etc) fir everything they can
More in common with each other than the common northerner

really? I must have missed the bit on Dennis Skinners wiki page where he attended Eton and Oxbridge - and how he was born and brought up in Eastbourne - same with John Prescott the soft southern twat. Jo Swinson went to a state school - I appreciate you may read a lot of propaganda that says what you put but its not what it seems when you do the tiniest bit of research.

This is the line of apathy towards politics in general and it’s a sad and incorrect view for anyone to take.

Whether or not you agree with them or dislike them. You simply cannot sit there and say that Johnson is the same as Corbyn or Swinson is the same as Skinner or Rees-Mogg is the same as Lucas.

We’ve got left, right, centre, Green and separatist in parliament currently and you can choose to vote for which ever fits your view.

If you’re unhappy with the vast difference between rich and poor and want social and economic justice, vote Labour. If you want to remain in the EU and have some stability in the economy, vote LibDem. If you want to leave with a no deal, vote Farage. If you want a blonde clown who doesn’t know what he’s doing, vote Tory. If you want to radically change our approach to climate change, vote Green. If you’re in Scotland and want to be independent, vote SNP.

Of course there’s cross over on policies in some areas but there’s a huge amount of differing options for you.

Disclaimer- the above was supposed to be a neutral post but I genuinely didn’t know what to write for the Tories.

I used to see it in my Facebook timeline from people I’d not seen since school.

Glad I’m off social media now.
