Or some people have really annoyed him.He must have really annoyed someone.

Thems the rules. And if it is the most important thing to sort out since WW2, why have we put a time limit on ourselves? What’s the rush? Better to get it right
because Gina gee went to court to insist that parliament has the right to vote on any Eu deal and now it seems it is being denied that right
only until its published and follows the correct procedure through parliament. You think the vote should come first ? We are still finding out whats in it, including customs for N. Irish businesses to sell into Great Britain.because Gina gee went to court to insist that parliament has the right to vote on any Eu deal and now it seems it is being denied that right
Leave Bercow alone. He's bound to be grumpy at work, as any of us would if our younger better looking wife was getting smashed by a gypsy reality TV star.because Gina gee went to court to insist that parliament has the right to vote on any Eu deal and now it seems it is being denied that right
No room for Monsieur Francois?
It's quite hard to accept that both he and Grayling are actually elected MPs.
They aren’t though. They will be debating the Withdrawal Act in full once it is published. Gives everyone a chance to see what’s in it before voting on it. There will be a meaningful vote attached to the final reading I presume as an MV is one of the provisions of the Act.

With lots of amendments no doubt
It would be entirely democratic... and I would feel Labour had betrayed every single leave voter after they said they'd "honour the result" amidst years of stating "we have to leave..." only to offer no solutions, options or methods, delaying and voting against a possible deal at every turn, because they're seemingly obsessed with "Powah".
I'd accept the result, and we'd move on, but Labour would never be able to canvass my vote on anything again.
Possibly and possibly not. That will be Parliaments choice though and that is the point.
Bercow has said he is respecting parliament time not allowing it to be debating again . They have spent the last hour questioning his decision and debating brexit again. They could have had the bloody vote by now !
Well hello. Is this letter saying that the Withdrawal Bill also needs Scottish and Welsh Parliament approval on devolved competences?
Do you want a bet that it will be possibly rather than possibly not ?
What a mess this is.
The UK is doomed.
I'm looking forward to the "the passing of this bill into law shall be conditional on the right honourable member Boris Johnson dying in a ditch" amendment. Someone has to table it. I would.Christ no. If the opposition don’t decorate this Bill with enough amendments to turn into a passable Christmas Tree I would be disappointed but either way if that’s the will of our sovereign Parliament then so be it.
