I have. It’s shit for some of them too. Also non EU citizens are a national competence. It’s up to the individual countries. The day you guys actually post something knowledgeable on the EU will be a major landmark in this thread.

The Windrush generation were ‘entitled’ and that went well. As I said, buy a clue then get back to me.

Yet you don't see any issue with EU treatment of UK pers? This is a mental illness now mate, you have to find a way through the bitterness or it will just eat you.

To paraphrase Churchill, I can take medication for my ‘mental illness’ - a preference for facts and competence over idiocy - but nothing will cure the level of stupid you keep bringing to this thread.

And - given that I have seen a usual snide comment from one of the thread vandals I might do this via PM.

I know that you do not wish me to do that, but:

a) there are some that just get so 'locked on' to slagging of information that I genuinely post for debate that it drags the thread down and

b) I continue to hold the view that you do nothing to discourage this

So if the intention on my part is to discuss with you - why not via PM? If you then have a desire to converse with the vandals - that is up to you - but I do not.

What the Germans are doing is exercising a member states right to control their borders and who lives or stays there. We had the right to do that too but chose not to - then those behind that choice said the EU prevented us doing so ( as can be seen it doesn't) and used that as a pretext ( a lie ) to feed to all those who don't like foreigners to vote Leave.
