The ref wasn't an egg and spoon race at school sports day dave.

You don't get a winners medal for finishing second im afraid.

Fear not, had remain won i wouldn't have been here now stamping my feet demanding a prize either.
Because we'd have kept normality, and sense, and economic progress, and the UK not under existential threat, so nothing to discuss.

The Maccams have worked it out and are now suffering massive buyers regret over the fear of a No Deal.
You keep bleating this crap

That article has a picture that shows the 'massive buyers regret' - sooooo many protesting

They are in some perverse form of denial....

They seem to exult when there is some bad news for the UK - as if they see that as a 'win' for their side

They surf the internet and twitter looking for any scraps that can be presented as bad news due to Brexit

They are - almost all of them and despite their protestations to the opposite - simply unable to accept what has happened
And the good news is....?

We are going to give each fisherman a million pounds so we can try some normality?

Exactly. This wont go away because Brexit will always be a disaster driven by arseholes. The stupidity of it and the fuck wits behind it will always be a thing and subject of discussion. Its not going to go away any time soon, another 4 years at least as whatever happens in the next 12 months wont stick, we will be into the merits of deal v2 by the end of 2021.

We know that you live nearby - you keep telling us - as if that somehow gives you licence to post bollocks

I was just pointing out the facts of how many people were out protesting - which seems to demonstrate that you are exaggerating the level of 'massive buyers regret'

You need to follow your own advice mate and do your research - there's plenty of reports of how worried they are - you just don't want to acknowledge it

First he is doing farmers in now it looks like he's considering hanging the fishermen out to dry - all those loaned votes just cast aside

Covid says hi.
Is that an admission that you are going to blame Covid for all the Brexit damage? We were on the brink of a recession before the virus. But nor is the damage to the car industry, you blame that on diesel (probably the only time you agree with Greta Thumberg). The devalued pound? That's good because it helps exports (but it hasn't, it's just made imports more expensive). The break-up of the UK? That's down to us own-country-haters.

It's a nice try but we don't believe you believe your own crap any more.

(For a once remainer, you've drunk the Brexit kool aid.)

Wasn't this about what if Remain had won the referendum?

Don't you start the leaver thing of moving the goalposts of the argument.

Apologies for daring to stray from your predetermined narrative Vic.

So.....what if remain had won?

They didn't. What next?

I just remind you of Henning Wehn saying the referendum question should have been "Do you want Normality or Neverending Palaver?"

So was Germany, what's your point.

Those German carmakers are cutting it a bit fine...

Slightly mis-leading headline there - if you read the article ( Brexit Ultra's won't because the headline feeds their pathetic narrative ) Germany who are currently holding the rotating 6 month presidency of the EU are heading up a meeting of EU ambassadors 2nd Sept and as there is no progress in the trade talks its been removed from the meetings agenda as they think GB is taking them down the No Deal route ( I'd imagine rather than talk about us they'd rather discuss their own No Deal preparations ) - no mention of those white knights at BMW, VAG, Mercedes strong arming the EU though.

But as I say no Ultra's will read it and we will just get a volley of " Merkel...Merkel...Merkel...."

Ha ha ha - the idea that we will be able to negotiate our own deals post Brexit - just about every country will be of the opinion that if they made it to the UK they are our problem now
