I know this isn't how songs take off, and will probably never work BUT I'm bored refreshing my email waiting to see if I have tickets for Everton. So...

I saw this below on twitter.



If you can't see the link it's some old bloke at OT terribly singing the 'City is a massive club' song.

I was just thinking we could definitely use this as a base for a song using our self depreciating wit to make it really funny.

I think to start.

Few I thought of..

Without Sheik Mansour we'd still be in league one.

Winning trophies makes us all sad.

We've win so many trophies we can't keep count.

Our ticket office is a bag of shite

etc etc

Any ideas for lyrics. It's just a bit of fun so don't roast me too much

The most money
Best fans
Best Manager
Best players
Best record over the last decade
Most points in a season
Most goals in a season
Best finish to a sporting event in history
Most home fans at a football league match 84,000 (Forget Spuds at Wembley, that doesn’t count)
Most away fans at a football league match 250,000 at York

I shall leave it there for others to add too..........................

I love my little Club...
