Come on, you don't need another reason to hate them! Surely?

We need to Man up and take it, we'd all have be unbearable for any Rags had we won. Thick skin required, our time is coming - very soon and they know it! Keep a mental note and remind them when the time is right. Don't let them wind you up, that's what they want. Don't give them the satisfaction.

A NFL coach (Paul Brown) once said "when you win say nothing, when you lose, say less".

By the way : 10 picking on a lad and dad is out of order though but that's what they do, this isn't anything new. They get mouthy and "safe" in numbers. Scum.

but i was walking home after watching the game in a pub and i hid my city scarf in my jacket, then when i was walking home i thought, fuck it i'm gonna show who i support and i'm proud. so i put it on and was walking home, then i walked past a rag pub (i'm 14 btw) and this man started laughing and taking the piss so i turned around and had a right go at him....he said nomore, i was proud. there were around about 9 rags outside this pub.

OP, I detest people like the ones you describe in the OP, whoever they support (and unfortunately where I live there's plenty of them), but is it really necessary to gloat over the deaths of people who have never harmed you, and wish the death of another person who also never harmed you?

Easiest thing in the world to deal with: I tell my colleagues that they've got five minutes... so long as they actually went. Usually does the trick. If you can't be bothered going to a home game you haven't got an opinion as far as I'm concerned.

I have taken this route as well.But being from Cumbria it's never been very difficult to shut them up.They never,ever go to any games,and are quite possibly the worst examples of rag glory hunters you will ever see.
