If anybody is struggling to send a ticket to a friend then all they need is your name & supporter number and they can collect a paper ticket from the ticket office.

Looking to transfer a ticket but when I log into my online account I just get unknown error. Have tried a friends too and same issue. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

They did it for me over the phone it took about 10 minutes to get through. They said they weren’t aware they had issues with the ticket transfer but would look into it.Thanks

OK cheers ain't got time to phone so hopefully they resolve it soon. You can definitely do it for FACup as long as you're on cup scheme. Not sure about CL.Ticket Exchange has only ever been for league games.

I used the ticket transfer earlier, and it worked fine, so it could likely be a problem on your end and clearing cache/cookies is a pretty good place to start.
Phoned them up and they told me I can't sell on a CL Ticket via City exchange.You can definitely do it for FACup as long as you're on cup scheme. Not sure about CL.
