Yes same issue I’m trying to phone City now to speak to someone but on hold. I’ll let you know what they say.Looking to transfer a ticket but when I log into my online account I just get unknown error. Have tried a friends too and same issue. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

They did it for me over the phone it took about 10 minutes to get through. They said they weren’t aware they had issues with the ticket transfer but would look into it.Thanks

Sounds like a browser issue. I've tried that and makes no difference and also tried on a few different devices, others have reported the issue too to City so assume it must have happened after you did your transfer. Hopefully it gets resolved soon save me having to call CitySounds like a browser issue. I used the ticket transfer earlier, and it worked fine, so it could likely be a problem on your end and clearing cache/cookies is a pretty good place to start.

Ticket Transfer is available for cup games but Ticket Exchange isn’t.
Still reporting "Unknown Error" on 4 devices and 3 different browsers.
