There will never be another finish like it. I remember the 89 Arse v Pool game. TV hadn't cottoned on to it yet. Me and a mate (a red) ran the whole estate when Michael Thomas scored that second goal. Unbelievable. I never expected City to outdo that...which is probably why I cried like a fucking baby when we did.

Still buzzing about this. I actually don't feel disappointed at all that we're not the champions now and the Rags are, I was a bit bothered for a few days about it but then when we beat them at their ground and I've watched back videos like this OP, and still feel happy.

United fans couldn't take it when we won the title, they saw their arses and some of their reactions were hilarious. From them leaving their own ground during the 1-6 anytime after we made it 0-3, to not seeing a United shirt for AGES after the middle if May through last Summer. Yet I feel nothing but optimism at the moment. The contrast between their and my reactions couldn't be more different.

Does anyone else still get emotional when they see highlights of that game or am i the only soft git lol ?

Possibly like you i was there , even watching the video again i find it hard to believe .
