Any Builders know about Re-Pointing?

a grand is taking the piss for that

4-5 days work, back of house may need scaffolding, materials, petrol money.So what would you suggest is a reasonable quote and not taking the piss.

2/3 days at most I would have thought , for 2 men . Just get a mate to drive a bus or other similarly large vehicle through the walls in question & then claim on your house insurance. Job done.
