Any electricians/alarm technicians on here?

Had a power outage today (caused by a faulty washing machine), and when we put the power back on the house alarm goes off and won’t let us key in the code to turn it off. Had to switch that circuit off, but the kids bedrooms are on the same circuit. This is what the display shows. Any advice greatly appreciated!

Power down remove battery have a brew reconnect and reset may work.

This probably sounds pretty stupid, but we can't even locate where the main panel (and presumably the battery) is!

There should be a master code (might be called installers code?). Do you know who fitted it?

Mine mysteriously tripped up last night around 3:30 am, jumped out of bed to switch off the din, then patrolled the perimeter of the house with a torch outside.

Crawled back into bed to wake up with all the clocks reset, a power cutoff was the culprit.
